Privacy Policy

LuxithingArt Publisher is a private tool operated by Hussein Al-Ashwal for his own LuxithingArt Pinterest business account. It is not offered as a service to other account holders. Contact: support@luxithing.com.

Purpose and authorization

The proposed Pinterest integration publishes individually selected and approved artwork Pins at the account owner's chosen times, reads the owner's boards and Pins as needed to verify publication, and retrieves analytics for the owner's content. If separately authorized, it may manage the owner's paid Pinterest campaigns and retrieve their performance. Selecting advertising capabilities does not itself authorize spending. Pinterest integration is subject to Pinterest's access approval and has not yet been connected.

Information used

The tool uses the owner's approved artwork files, Pin titles and descriptions, destination links, selected boards and posting times. Authorized API requests may access account and board identifiers, Pin publication status and analytics, and advertising account, campaign and performance information when those features are enabled. It does not request Pinterest passwords or browser session cookies.

Storage and security

Original artwork, owner-provided publishing instructions and schedules may be stored on the owner's computer or in private publishing storage. Pinterest API credentials are confidential and must not appear in public repositories, webpages or logs. The Pinterest credential-storage and hosting arrangement will be finalized against Pinterest's applicable requirements before the integration is connected. Bring-your-own-key credentials will be kept locally where Pinterest requires local storage; such credentials will not be placed in a cloud publisher. No Pinterest credentials are stored on this public policy website.

The integration will not retain Pinterest API responses or account data except where Pinterest expressly permits retention, such as permitted campaign analytics. Other account information will be requested when needed. The policy will be updated before introducing materially different handling.

Sharing and service providers

Approved Pin content and authorized advertising instructions are sent to Pinterest to carry out the owner's requests. Data is not sold, provided to data brokers, used for unrelated advertising, or used to train AI models. GitHub Pages hosts this public policy page and may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, under GitHub's own privacy statement. This page contains no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or contact forms.

Retention and control

The owner can cancel pending publishing instructions and revoke the app's authorization through Pinterest. Revocation prevents future authorized API activity; already published Pins remain on Pinterest unless separately removed. Locally held credentials can be deleted, and permitted retained analytics will be removed when no longer needed or on a valid deletion request, subject to legal requirements. Pinterest controls information retained on its own platform.
